• We use a non-toxic and biodegradable anti-fungal treatment after the clean to make sure the clean lasts longer;
• Hot water is used to pressure clean the entire roof. For colourbond we wash with warm water at medium pressure so we don’t risk voiding your warranty;
• Gutters are cleaned and rinsed down after they have been completely emptied; 
• Any areas that have been sprayed by dirt and debris are rinsed down to make sure that the dirt won’t be pushed into gutters and create a blockage;
• For colourbond roofing we agitate with soft bristled brushes;
